After his study as a photographer Paolo started as a cameraman on 16mm (Arriflex SRII) film back in 1984. Filming by that time for the holiday & turism industry. Shortly after he stepped over shooting on video. Became a known face in the entertainment television industry in Hilversum, Netherlands. Did ENG work for the biggest scoring Dutch and German tv-programs (RTL, RTL4, ZDF, TROS, SBS6) such as, “Love Letters”, “Traumhochzeit”, “All You Need Is Love”, “Laß Dich Überraschen”, “Boobytrap”, “Rudi’s Urlaubshow”, etc. and worked closely with famous tv hosts like “Linda de Mol” “Robert ten Brink” “Rudi Carell”. For RTL4 News he was their war-zone-cameraman and went to the hot spots in Mozambique, Croatia, Bosnia and Iraq during their wars.
Since 1999 Paolo developed his business into the corporate sector. He was for 5 years the director and staff video producer for the Princess Entertainment Group. Directing several yearly new product presentations, Christmas shows and Model events worldwide with the grand final in Hong Kong (2004) of the Model of the World.
Since 2000 he developed himself as a professional NLE (Non-Linear Edit-system) video editor. Started with making a art-music-video-DVD “EroLounge” based on experiences he had in Ibiza in 2002. The DVD came out in 11 countries worldwide and was distributed by Universal Music.
In 2004 he directed and produced the first Dutch television soap serie “The Adams Family” for SBS6. After that many soap serie’s followed on Dutch television.
Since 2005 Paolo filmed and edited all kind of National-Geographic-like corporate productions for the off-shore clients HEEREMA, SVITZER, DOCKWISE, from 4Winds Global Media, produced 3D-Fashion shows for Bjørn Borg, and in 2008 web-content for the digital magazine www.bomvol.com which won the “Golden Spin Award 2008” for best content.
In december 2009 Paolo made the television documentary “Forever Young” from the Dutch Singer & Playmate Patricia Paay. Shortly after that he became film producer for PLAYBOY Netherlands.
Glamour & Beauty video's are actually his great passion... Paolo likes to create “Beautiful” things...
